How do I set up an account?
First time users need to call or email Steel Fire to set up your account. An email confirmation will be sent with a link which will take you to your username and password. After your account is set up please click on fire plan design to access the software.

What software do I need to be able to generate a fire plan?
Internet access and Internet Explorer browser version 5 or higher, Adobe Reader © and Macromedia Flash (both are free downloads).

Is there any liability or insurance I need to consider?
Liability or Errors and Omissions Insurance (talk to your insurance provider to determine if necessary). Your company most likely has this insurance but it is a good idea to check with your insurance company.

I can’t seem to be able login to the fire safety plan application with my username and password?
This is most likely due to “pop-up” software that you have loaded on your computer. We are familiar with many of these programs and can assist you in being able to access the fire safety plan software. Please email techsupport@ezfireplan.com or call 1.877.743.6160 and he will assist you.

When do I pay for the Fire Safety Plan?
You only are invoiced once you print out the "Final Copy" of the fire safety plan. You can create a plan and print out "Draft Copies". Once you are ready to submit and print the final copy of the plan, you will be prompted to accept and an invoice will be generated and mailed to you. With the initial fee you can make as many changes as you want to the Final Copy of your fire safety plan for one year.
