The Strike First's ULC Listed Class K extinguisher is designed for use on restaurant or commercial cooking appliances. The low Ph wet chemical agent effectively smothers and cools fires involving combustible cooking oil (vegetable) or animal fat.
It is intended to be used as a back-up for an automatic fire suppression system.
